Request deletion of your data
You can permanently delete your account and associated data in two ways:
- From inside the app (recommended): Open the top‑right account menu → Profile → Your details → Delete account. This is fast and verifies your identity.
- If you cannot sign in: Use the form below to request a secure email link to confirm deletion. We’ll verify you own the account email before deleting.

If an account exists for this email, we’ll send a link to confirm deletion. The link will sign you in and take you to a confirmation page.
What data is deleted and what may be retained
- Deleted: Your account and profile (including
public.users and your authentication user), your app content and progress (e.g. lessons, stories, papers, questions, sessions, tasks), and support tickets associated with your email. - Subscriptions and customer records: Active subscriptions are canceled before deletion; app-side subscription/customer rows are deleted.
- Possible limited retention: Certain transactional or financial records handled by our payment processor (e.g., invoices, tax records) may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention requirements even after account deletion.
- Backups and logs: Systems may keep short-term backups and security logs for a limited period; these are automatically purged on a rolling basis.
