How do I delete my account?

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Open the top‑right account menu and choose "Profile" → "Your details".
2. Scroll to the bottom and use the "Delete account" option.
3. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account and associated data.

If you change your mind, do not proceed with deletion. There is no restore after confirmation.

If you can’t sign in or lost your login credentials

If you no longer have access to your account (e.g., forgot your password and can’t recover it), you can still request deletion:

1. Go to the data deletion page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account and select “Send verification link.”
3. Check your inbox and click the secure link. It will sign you in and take you to a confirmation page.
4. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove your account and associated data.

Note: Certain transactional or financial records handled by our payment processor may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud‑prevention requirements, and short‑term system backups/logs may persist for a limited period before being purged.
