How do I delete my account?
Deleting your account is permanent. Use it only when you are sure you no longer need the account or its saved learning history.
Steps
- Sign in and open your profile area.
- Open the account details or security section where the delete action is offered.
- Read the warning carefully and confirm the deletion flow.
- Finish any final confirmation steps shown by the app.
If you cannot sign in
Use the data deletion page instead.
- Enter the email address connected to the account.
- Request the secure verification link.
- Open the link from your inbox and confirm the deletion request.
Notes
- Account deletion cannot be undone.
- Some payment or compliance records may be retained when required by law or by the payment processor.
